Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. All products on our website are food, herbal, tea, or topical personal care items. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we have established the following policy.

1. General Policy

- All food, herbal, tea, and medicated oil products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened or used.

- We do not accept returns or exchanges due to taste preference, change of mind, wrong purchase, or personal reasons.

- Returns are only considered for unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging.

- Orders over $400 may require a signature upon delivery.

- We are not responsible for lost or missing packages once delivered to the correct address provided by the customer.

- Customers are responsible for double-checking their shipping address before placing an order. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. We will attempt to contact you if an address appears unverifiable.

2. Eligible Returns & Exchanges

You may contact us for a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

- The package arrived damaged, broken, or leaking

- The item is incorrect, missing, or defective

- The product is expired or near expiration

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

- All opened edible products including dried seafood, dried vegetables, beans, canned abalone, candied fruits, herbs, teas, and floral teas

- All opened medicated oils, massage oils, and topical products

- Clearance or final-sale items

4. Shipping, Expedited Fees & Refund Processing

- If the return is due to our error (damage, wrong item, defect), we will cover all related shipping costs and issue a full refund including original shipping & expedited fees.

- For approved returns of unopened items due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping, expedited fees, and handling fees are non-refundable.

- Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return policy above.
